Cara Walker

Cara Walker is the owner of Lucidity Consulting – a firm in Loudoun County that specializes in accounting and business services for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.  She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Accounting, and a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration.  Cara has a passion for helping nonprofit organizations achieve their goals.  She has a special interest in working with nonprofits that support patients dealing with varying debilitating illnesses (cancer, mental illness, autoimmune diseases, etc) and also nonprofits that help animals and conservation efforts. Cara met Angie and her family when they were co-workers together at Leesburg Animal Park.  Although they have both moved on in their careers, Cara was inspired by Angie’s story and became involved with Sara’s Acts of Kindness since the formation.  She brings over 15 years of experience to the Sara’s Acts of Kindness team.  As Treasurer, she maintains the financial records, files reports, offers content creation support, and general nonprofit administration.
